I'm a founder, operator, and builder based in Chicago. I started my first company at 18, but it wasn't till I was 22 that I scaled a business past $200K in revenue. I learned more in those 18 months than I ever could have in a classroom, not because I had the playbook, but because I had to write it.
At Nextera Consulting, I'm building it again, this time with AI at the core. I design custom automation pipelines, rebuild client business infrastructure, and act as a fractional operator for growth-stage companies.
